Minimum term length is 3 months when paying monthly. 30 days notice required for cancellation.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Your plan reserves time each month. This keeps things fair and predictable.
Do unused updates or emails roll over if I don’t use them one month?
No — your plan reserves a set amount of time and tasks each month. Any unused work expires at the end of the billing cycle and does not carry over.
Can I request anything outside my plan?
Sure — if it’s outside scope, we’ll quote it separately or use your hourly rate.
What happens if I run out of hours?
You’ll be notified before we go over. Extra time is billed at your plan’s hourly rate.
Can I use time for calls or planning?
Light check-ins are fine. Anything strategic or lengthy counts toward your hours.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Of course — just give at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
